SYNOPSIS: In this episode, professor and Paralympian Andrea Woodson-Smith shares how difficult it was for her to accept her disability as a young adult. After she began playing wheelchair basketball, Andrea realized that her disability was not a hindrance. Today, the hard work doesn’t end on the court for Andrea. She coaches young adults and children with disabilities and strives to teach them to stay active despite the obstacles that they may face.
