SYNOPSIS: Tapas is an intense drama based short film set in Dehradun. It’s a story of a young girl named Reema (Anuritta Jha) who is forced into the profession of prostitution. Towered with guilt, she goes to a Buddhist monastery to find answers to her questions. There she meets a monk named Jhampa (Manish Chaudhari). The story moves ahead as Reema and Jhampa form a beautiful bond of friendship. Jhampa tries to guide her and help her find answers. What happen next changes their lives.
