Splendid. Combines the childish innocence with the sworn purpose to provide a solution with out doing a moral analysis.

Wonderful and intelligent script. Natural gorgeous cinematography. The reflection on death is pretty interesting and non sentimental. Brian Cox, being the great actor he is, anchors the film with a terrific performance

Very high production values, acting and story. Original story that doesn't descend into total sentimentality but is still emotionally effective.

Entirely cliche. But the acting is decent, even if everything is entirely predictable and a bit too slow on pacing.
