SYNOPSIS: "Local time." consists of the three episodes. The second and third episodes are the monologue of homeless Nikiforovich who lives on the streets of Podil district. We met each other one year ago when I started to draw his front portraits after the secret video shoots from my window. It seemed to me that he got off from my favourite canvas of Velasquez’ brush. I tried to document Nikiforovich’s thoughts on life on video camera – he spoke with pleasure and was extremely open under my close intere

The problem is the sound quality, it is really not good. The camera work when interviewing is also quite amateur. With a re-edit and story woven in this would work.
