Wonderful. A story which doesn't rely solely on words but is felt and seen through the lens and the actors. At the time of COVID it also assumes a greater value and makes us reflect. I loved it!

Departures is well executed from a film making standpoint in all areas. The story is touching and moving. The performances are heartfelt, poignant and realistic, so much so that I would have preferred the film continue for much longer! Highly recommended.
