Spencer is originally from the Bronx, New York; he began his producing career at age 23 as an executive producer of the film Gospel Hill (20th Century Fox). This spring-boarded him to produce and develop a series of films, Before Dawn Breaks, The Gift of a Letter, Last Shot and the John Stone franchise, where he stars in the title role. Currently, Spencer is focused on expanding his feature film portfolio, with his next film The Uprising ready for release in 2024.
