A public in delirium, the wonder in the eyes of the spectators, the magnificence of a man, the expectations of a whole world enclosed in two hours of entertainment. Responsible for all this is Mr. H: aka Harry Houdini; one of the most famous illusionists and escapologists in history, made famous by his impossible escapes. Harry Houdini died of peritonitis, following the rupture of the appendix, at the age of fifty-two.
